Last weekend I had a chance to go to the Beautiful You exhibition at the Royal Exhibition Building Melbourne.
I have been looking forward to this expo for a quite a few months now.
It was a great experience as I learnt a lot about the industry and interesting makeup techniques. The expo reminded me a lot of the famous IMATS convention that the beauty gurus on Youtube always talk about. Devastated that I won't be able to go to IMATS this year as it is in Sydney. Hopefully I can travel to Sydney next year to attend IMATS. I think it would be an amazing experience to meet many makeup artist, Youtube gurus and of course purchase cheap makeup. It's on my to do list!
Anyways, back to the Beautiful You expo!

We received a great amount of free samples.
I was very excited to receive free Klara Cosmetics lipsticks and free wotnot wipes. We also received a free skin consultation appointment at the Victorian Cosmetics Institute.
The talented celebrity makeup artist Rae Morris on the main stage.
I own many of her books so it was very excited to see a makeup artist that I follow and love in person.
